New Expo Valley Views brings sustainable, wellness-focused homes to Dubai’s Green District
Project aligns with UAE’s Net Zero 2050 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan
DUBAI – The Expo City Dubai has announced Expo Valley Views, a new residential community designed to blend sustainable urban living with nature.
Nestled within the wider Expo Valley district, the project adds to the city’s growing portfolio of real estate developments and supports its vision of people-centred, eco-conscious design.

The development features eight low-rise buildings of varying heights, creating a terraced skyline reminiscent of natural mountain landscapes. Homebuyers can choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments surrounded by landscaped greenery, water features and open-air wellness spaces.
The design reflects Expo City’s commitment to wellbeing and sustainability across every aspect of community life.
Sustainable design
Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Expo City Dubai, said: “Expo Valley Views illustrates our vision to build communities that prioritise people and the environment to create an urban neighbourhood that is deeply rooted in its surroundings while also shaped around comfort, connectivity and nature.”

He added that the new launch coincides with rising demand across the city’s existing residential projects, reflecting a confident outlook for Expo City Dubai’s continued growth. The community sits at the heart of Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan and benefits from its proximity to the expanding Dubai Exhibition Centre and Al Maktoum International Airport – set to become the world’s largest aviation hub.
Wellness and connectivity
The walkable and shaded neighbourhood promotes a healthy lifestyle with numerous amenities, including horse trails, multiple pools, yoga decks, fitness studios, children’s play areas and cafés. Sustainability remains central to the design, with native plant species, smart irrigation systems, and water reuse technology.
Expo Valley Views supports Expo City’s long-term decarbonisation roadmap and aligns with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 Strategy, Centennial 2071 Plan, Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), and National Investment Strategy 2031.
Located just minutes from Al Wasl Plaza and Terra, the development balances tranquillity with connectivity, offering residents access to Expo City’s growing cultural and business hubs. Building on the success of previous projects – Expo Valley villas and Mangrove, Sky, Sidr and Al Waha Residences – the community forms part of a residential expansion that will eventually welcome 35,000 residents, reinforcing Expo City Dubai’s role as a key hub in the UAE’s first Green Innovation District.
